Application Scenarios
In kraft linerboard, cultural paper and tissue paper production, the bonding ability between fibers can be enhanced through adsorption on the fiber surface and surface treatment. These improvements effectively enhance the physical properties of paper, including folding endurance, bursting strength, interlayer bonding strength and surface strength, while reducing linting and dusting.
In tissue paper manufacturing, the use of new active groups with high charge density can significantly improve paper strength. By optimizing the raw-material ratio, the goals of cost reduction and efficiency improvement can be achieved.
Solutions
By increasing hydrogen-bonding sites and developing larger molecular-weight products with multi-branched structures, we increase molecular specific surface area and promote bonding between additives and fibers. This improves bursting strength, folding endurance, retention and interlayer bonding strength. At the same time, product extensibility, film-forming property and permeability are improved to solve surface linting and dusting problems. We also enhance fiber bonding by introducing new functional groups, thereby supporting raw-material optimization and better cost efficiency.
