Anionic Trash Catcher is a highly efficient cationic wet-end control additive mainly used to capture anionic interfering substances introduced into the papermaking system by waste paper, broke, fillers, white-water circulation and chemical additives.

The product can quickly neutralize excessive negative charges in the system, reduce the consumption of wet-end additives such as PAM, cationic starch and sizing agents by anionic trash, thereby improving additive utilization efficiency and stabilizing paper-machine operation.

This product is especially suitable for papermaking lines with a high degree of white-water closure, a large proportion of recycled pulp and obvious system charge fluctuations. It can effectively improve the wet-end chemical environment and provide a more stable basis for subsequent retention, drainage, strength enhancement and sizing systems.

Recommended Addition Point

It is recommended to add the product before PAM, sizing agent or strength agent. According to the on-site process, the addition point can be selected from the mixing chest, machine chest, before the fan pump or within the white-water circulation system.
