Application Scenarios
GPAM is a highly efficient water-soluble polymer papermaking additive, usually referring to glyoxal-modified polyacrylamide.
The product can form a good bonding network with fibers and enhance the bonding force between fibers, thereby effectively improving paper dry strength, temporary wet strength and the physical properties of finished paper.
This product is suitable for production systems with high strength requirements, fluctuating pulp quality, or the need to improve paper-machine running stability. Through the proper addition of GPAM, it can help improve tensile strength, bursting strength, ring crush strength and wet-end retention, while reducing production fluctuations caused by insufficient strength.
Product Features
Improves paper dry strength and temporary wet strength.
Enhances fiber bonding and improves physical paper properties.
Helps improve tensile strength, bursting strength, ring crush strength and other performance indexes.
Improves paper-machine running stability and reduces the risk of paper breaks.
Good water solubility, easy to dilute and add online.
Suitable for a variety of paper grades and pulp systems.
Suitable Range
Widely suitable for kraft linerboard, corrugated paper, packaging paper, cultural paper, tissue paper and specialty paper production systems.
Use Recommendation Continuous addition in the wet-end system is recommended. The dosage can be adjusted according to paper grade, pulp conditions, strength targets and on-site process requirements. Attention should be paid to compatibility with other wet-end additives during use, and direct mixing with strong anionic substances should be avoided to ensure stable product performance.
